School calendar of the academic year 2020/2021
According to RESOLUTION of 29 May 2020, of the Director General of Teaching Centers, which sets the school calendar for the academic year 2020/2021. [2020/3919]
E. Infantil and e. Primary
School activities (full day) will begin on 7 September 2020 and end on 23 June 2021. (from 9 o00h. to 17’00h. inclusive).
o Time extension from 8’00h to 18’00h, upon communication.
E. Secondary and Bachillerato
The course will start on September 7, 2020 and end on June 23, 2021. (from 9’00h. to 14’05h. and from 15’10h. to 17’00h, inclusive).
Vacation periods
CHRISTMAS from December 23, 2020 to January 6, 2021, inclusive.
PASCUA from 1 to 12 April 2021, inclusive.
Holidays:
- October 9, Valencian Community Day
- October 12, National Festival of Spain
- December 8, Immaculate Conception Day
- March 19, San Jose

Transport
Bus itineraries will be indicated to interested parties in the first week of September.
Students of all courses and levels who come in private vehicles will record their entry and exit from the center with their tutor every day.
Please note that the center doors will be closed except for the following hours:
- Mornings: from 8’00h to 9’30h. Afternoon: from 16’30h to 17’15h.
Evaluations
The course is distributed in quarterly periods, at the end of each of which the evaluation will be carried out. In 3rd and 6th Grade and Compulsory Secondary Education, it will also be mandatory to make an initial and final assessment

TIC/AGENDA
Digital tools meet three objectives:
-
help teachers improve their teaching methods;
-
integrate parents into their children’s learning process;
-
to make the model of personalized education of each subject a reality, instrumentally and, now essentially, online through the CLASSROOM PLATFORM as a task schedule and MEET (continuing schedules and classes) in case of suspension of presence, if decreed by the Health Administration, by COVID. When the computer, ipad, tablet or mobile is needed, the parents will be prompted. The rest of the time, THEY SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT TO SCHOOL.
Toilet bag kit (school red backpack)
Backpack with CUSTOMIZED MASK WITH NAME AND REPLACEMENT AND BOTTLE OF WATER IDENTIFIED(Primary students, ESO and Baccalaureate bottle no contact with collective dispensers)., hydroalcoholic gel or similar (regardless of the classroom and spaces).
Communication with families
Through CLASSROOM and direct telematics by phone or whatsapp with tutoring/teachers/teachers, to whom contact phones will be provided for fluid and close follow-up communication as an agenda.
Books andschool material
Listings are sent attachments again for you to purchase directly. The school supplies are provided by the school (200 euros /annual), the payment of which is made by the usual means before September.
Uniform
All students of all courses will be duly uniformed every day (Uniform store: Calle Cuenca, 41 46008. Valencia Telephone number. 963 847 652.
We have a uniform for the following reasons;

To enable the children to take a pride in their appearance.
- To enable the children to feel they are part of a community.
- To prevent competition, arguments and peer pressure between children.
- To ensure that clothing is practical, safe and appropriate for learning.
- To help promote high standards which is reflected throughout their work.
